Highland Park | Modern Farmhouse Townhome

This Highland Park project brings modern style and innovation to a classic row of townhomes. The black and white Colour palette, gabled roofs, large black framed windows and clean symmetrical design are inspired by the Modern Farmhouse style. Classic brick brings warmth and balance to the white horizontal siding and black board and batten paneling. With four adjoining units and a four-door garage on one side of the building, this project uses space thoughtfully and efficiently. Each unit features a ground-floor entrance and a basement entrance, both of which may be conveniently accessed from the front of the building.
