Lawson Place | Modern Renovation

Simple clean lines are the main design feature of this lovely modern renovation. The client liked the overall lines of their original home, but they requested a modern facelift. Andison Design incorporated luxury materials, straight lines and symmetry into the new exterior design, refreshing the entire exterior with an updated colour palette and contemporary finishes. A brick base and chimney complement the home’s white cladding and dark accents. The covered entry provides a welcoming place to greet guests. To the rear of the home, a large covered deck offers plenty of entertaining space and a seamless connection to the outdoors.

Dave has been a pleasure to work with. He is a great listener and can read people well. He doesn’t push his design and allows clients to guide the process. As an interior designer, I found it very helpful to work alongside with Dave instead of just receiving a set of finished drawings. By working together, we were able to design a very custom home specific to the clients, their lifestyle, lot and location.
