Created in collaboration with Lighthouse Custom Homes, this home exemplifies our commitment to excellence and innovation in residential design. Every detail has been tailored meticulously to meet our client’s specifications, resulting in a home that reflects both modern comfort and elevated craftsmanship.
The heart of this home is its expansive gourmet kitchen, designed to fulfill the needs of both everyday cooking and grand entertaining. Our client envisioned a space that seamlessly combines functionality and style. The kitchen features a walk-through butler’s pantry, offering effortless access and abundant storage, ensuring a clutter-free cooking environment. Additionally, a dedicated BBQ preparation pantry allows for easy and enjoyable outdoor cooking experiences, reflecting the client’s love for alfresco dining.
Embracing sustainable living was a key client specification. Thus, we incorporated an interior greenhouse, allowing for year-round gardening and fresh produce. This feature not only enhances the home’s aesthetic appeal but also promotes a healthy, eco-friendly lifestyle, aligning with our client’s values.
In today’s dynamic work environment, our client required dedicated workspaces within the home. We included two spacious home offices, thoughtfully designed to provide productive and inspiring environments for both homeowners, ensuring their professional needs are met within the comfort of their home.
Fitness and wellness were also important to our client. To cater to this, we designed an extensive home gym, equipped to support a wide range of workout routines. This space ensures that maintaining an active lifestyle is both convenient and enjoyable, meeting the client’s fitness goals.
Understanding the needs of a growing family, we included a dedicated toy room. This space is perfect for keeping children’s play areas organized and providing a fun, safe environment for playtime, reflecting our client’s desire for a family-friendly home
