Loving the neighborhood and its charm, the homeowners opted for a fresh start while staying rooted in the community they adore.
This traditional two-story home blends modern functionality with thoughtful design, catering to both parents and children. Unique features include two front patios—one adjoining the study and another off the kitchen—providing versatile outdoor spaces for relaxation. At the rear, a spacious outdoor dining and living area offers the perfect setting for entertaining.
The lower level is a haven for family gatherings, featuring a large games and family room alongside a central wet bar with an island, designed to be equally enjoyable for kids and adults.
This project was brought to life in collaboration with Fox Point Developments and Lori Sellmer Design, ensuring every detail aligns with the homeowners’ vision of a warm and functional family home.
Our experience with Andison was outstanding from our first meeting. We worked with them to plan a new build on our existing lot in Calgary. We didn’t know exactly what we wanted, but somehow Dave and the team took what little information we gave them and came up with a plan that was perfect for us. We have now been living in our new home for almost three months and wouldn’t change a thing. Our build experience was great, and it all started with Dave and Kelsey and the team.
