The Opportunity

As our project portfolio continues to expand, we’re seeking an exceptional Architectural Designer to join our collaborative team. This role offers unique opportunities to:

• Shape meaningful spaces from concept to completion
• Design distinctive residential projects across multiple regions
• Work with accomplished clients and respected builders
• Collaborate directly with our Principal Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design development for custom homes and estates
• Create comprehensive construction and development permit drawings
• Manage complex projects across different jurisdictions
• Coordinate with builders, consultants, and specialists
• Ensure compliance with various regional building requirements
• Develop innovative design solutions for challenging sites
• Present design concepts to clients effectively

Required Qualifications

• Architectural Technology diploma from an accredited institution
• 5+ years of residential design experience
• Expert proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong portfolio demonstrating residential work
• Exceptional technical drawing and documentation skills
• Experience with different building standards (asset)

• Knowledge of multiple building codes and jurisdictions
• History of successful project delivery
• Strong aesthetic sense and design capabilities
