The Opportunity
As our project portfolio continues to expand, we’re seeking an exceptional Architectural Designer to join our collaborative team. This role offers unique opportunities to:
- Shape meaningful spaces from concept to completion
- Design distinctive residential projects across multiple regions
- Work with accomplished clients and respected builders
- Collaborate directly with our Principal Designer
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design development for custom homes and estates
- Create comprehensive construction and development permit drawings
- Manage complex projects across different jurisdictions
- Coordinate with builders, consultants, and specialists
- Ensure compliance with various regional building requirements
- Develop innovative design solutions for challenging sites
- Present design concepts to clients effectively
Required Qualifications
- Architectural Technology diploma from an accredited institution
- 5+ years of residential design experience
- Expert proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong portfolio demonstrating residential work
- Exceptional technical drawing and documentation skills
- Experience with different building standards (asset)

- Proven ability to manage complex projects independently
- Strong design sensibility and technical expertise
- Excellence in client relations and team communication
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to translate client visions into buildable solutions

- Experience with custom residential projects
- Knowledge of multiple building codes and jurisdictions
- History of successful project delivery
- Strong aesthetic sense and design capabilities
