Custom Residential Design

We work closely with you to develop a custom design that represents your life, your style, your needs. Our clients are unique, and so are our designs.

Drafting

Using only the latest software (Revit), we produce detailed floor plans, exterior elevations, and construction set drawings of the highest quality. This attention to detail allows builders and trades to complete projects more efficiently.

Consultant Coordination

We coordinate all the time-consuming details that could otherwise delay a project, including: applying for and obtaining site surveys, building permits, and engineering certifications; liaising with local municipalities, builders, suppliers, and tradespeople; and staying up-to-date on the architectural controls in your area. We look after all the details so you don’t have to.

Renovations / Additions

From small renovations to an entire second story addition, we create designs that add significant value to your home. We use your existing floor plan and our knowledge of structural implications to develop a one-of-a-kind design that meets your needs.

Rendered Images

We generate photo-realistic renderings so you can easily view different options until you’re satisfied with your choices. And we provide detailed 3D models so you can view your house from every angle. These tools allow you to see colours, textures, materials, even shadows at different times of day. Most importantly, they help you visualize your project from all angles and perspectives before construction.

Our experience wth Dave has been great! He provides a comprehensive service and takes care of everything from coordinating surveying the property, meeting with the city when needed and applying for permits.

Dave has been a pleasure to work with. He is a great listener and can read people well. He doesn't push his design and allows clients to guide the process.
