—This vacation home project is a collaboration between Andison Residential Design and Jouge Studios. This custom home was designed for the ultimate entertainer who enjoys weekends in style surrounded by family and friends. It is situated on the cliffs overlooking Lake Coeur d’Alene in northwest Idaho and offers breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding landscape.

The home was designed with two separate outdoor living spaces. The first is located on the main level and features a large dining and living area, perfect for entertaining guests. The second is located on the ground level and also offers a large dining and living area, as well as easy access to explore trails.

A resort-feel with a spacious primary suite, home gym, and private guest quarters. With its high-end finishes, comfortable spaces, and spectacular views, this home is designed to be a place where memories can be made for a lifetime.

Dave mixes years of experience with architectural design and his easy going attitude together to provide a unique and fun working relationship. He is in tune with trends while keeping them just classic enough. Drawings are extremely detailed and his willingness to work along side other professionals to ensure the job is done right is impressive. I would recommend over and over.
