Watermark at Bearspaw | West Coast Contemporary

A custom residential home designed in the modern West Coast style, coming soon to the community of Watermark at Bearspaw in Calgary, Alberta. This project is a collaboration between ARD, Dominium, and Alykhan Velji Designs, bringing together our expertise in architecture, development, and interior design.

The design of this home is inspired by the West Coast style, featuring vaulted roof lines, linear modern simplicity, and large windows that invite the outdoors in. The exterior will feature a mix of materials, including stucco, stone, panel, and cedar accents, creating a warm and inviting aesthetic. A triple side garage and welcoming front entrance will provide ample space for parking and a grand entrance.

The rear of the home will be the perfect spot for entertaining, with two large outdoor areas. The ground level outdoor space will offer a private oasis for relaxation, while the second outdoor area, located off the open-concept kitchen, living, and dining space, will be an ideal place for socializing and entertaining guests.
