The project comprises two distinct structures: a main four-unit building and a detached rear dwelling.
The primary building is designed to maximize living space and functionality across its three levels. Each of the four units features a two-bedroom layout, with the third story dedicated to a loft space serving as the primary suite, complete with its own home office or private living area. Below grade, each unit is complemented by a self-contained one-bedroom basement suite, providing additional living or rental opportunities.
Completing the project is a detached, stand-alone rear dwelling. This secondary building offers a single two-story, three-bedroom unit, providing a private and independent living space that complements the main development while maintaining its own distinct presence.
The overall design emphasizes clean lines, functional spaces, and an architectural approach that is both visually appealing and highly livable.
