Each building features both above-grade two-story units and below-grade basement suites. The two-story units have a distinct architectural character, with dark grey or black upper facades and prominent gabled roofs. The lower half of the buildings is clad in a beautiful red brick, creating a strong and inviting visual contrast. Large, black-framed windows allow for ample natural light, and classic-style lanterns flank the entrances, adding to the historic charm. The entrances themselves are set back, with small stoops and black railings, giving each unit a sense of individual identity.

The basement suites, which are below-grade, are designed to maximize natural light and functionality, providing a complete and separate living space.

The overall design of the development, from the material choices to the architectural details, is intended to honor and fit within the historic fabric of the community, while offering modern, multi-unit living spaces. The landscaping, with its lush greenery and a central pedestrian walkway, further enhances the sense of a cohesive and inviting community.
