The two-story units have a distinct architectural character, with dark grey or black upper facades and prominent gabled roofs. The lower half of the buildings is clad in a beautiful red brick, creating a strong and inviting visual contrast. Large, black-framed windows allow for ample natural light, and classic-style lanterns flank the entrances, adding to the historic charm. The entrances themselves are set back, with small stoops and black railings, giving each unit a sense of individual identity.
The basement suites, which are below-grade, are designed to maximize natural light and functionality, providing a complete and separate living space.
