Created in collaboration with Jouge Studios and purpose-built as a functional farm home, it blends rustic charm with refined comfort—offering the ideal retreat for those seeking peace, space, and modern luxury.
Rooted in classic farmhouse traditions, the design emphasizes simplicity, durability, and function. Carefully considered spaces like the front and rear mudrooms, an oversized walk-in pantry, and an extra-large laundry room reflect a commitment to livability and long-term ease of use.
Designed with families and groups in mind, the home includes a charming bunk room that adds both character and practicality—perfect for welcoming guests of all ages. Throughout the home, traditional design elements are elevated by contemporary features, including a gourmet kitchen, open-concept living and dining areas, and thoughtful details that support comfortable entertaining and everyday living.
Expansive outdoor spaces were a key part of the design vision. A large covered porch anchors the rear of the home, providing panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and creating opportunities for outdoor dining, quiet moments, or evening gatherings under the stars.
Dave mixes years of experience with architectural design and his easy going attitude together to provide a unique and fun working relationship. He is in tune with trends while keeping them just classic enough. Drawings are extremely detailed and his willingness to work along side other professionals to ensure the job is done right is impressive. I would recommend over and over.
