Located in a vibrant inner-city neighborhood, this home was meticulously crafted in collaboration with the renowned interior designer Alykhan Velji Designs and the exceptional builders at Ace Homes.

Our design approach for this project was centered on creating a space that is both beautiful and highly functional for a modern family. The architectural style, characterized by clean lines, expansive windows, and a thoughtful composition of forms, creates a striking yet welcoming presence.

The main floor is the heart of the home, designed for both daily life and entertaining. An open-concept layout connects the gourmet kitchen, spacious living, and elegant dining areas, creating a bright and inviting environment. A dedicated home office and a convenient guest suite provide flexibility and comfort. A breezeway offers a seamless connection to the triple garage, ensuring practicality for a busy family.

The upper level is a private retreat. The luxurious primary suite offers a sanctuary of peace and comfort. Two additional bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and a dedicated family laundry room ensure the upper floor is as functional as it is beautiful.
