As a core member of our design team, you will move beyond production to take an active role in the evolution of our studio’s output.

• Design Leadership: Lead the design development of projects, ensuring the production of drawings is executed with an uncompromising standard of accuracy and timeliness.
• Technical Problem Solving: Act as the primary technical filter to resolve complex design and engineering issues, ensuring the design intent is never compromised by technical constraints.
• Systems Advancement: You will be responsible for advancing in-house technical and quality standards, specifically within our BIM and Revit workflows.
• Multi-Disciplinary Coordination: Direct the coordination and review of project teams across all disciplines to ensure seamless integration.
• Visual Storytelling: Prepare high-end presentation materials and 3D visualizations to help clients navigate the design journey.
• Project Lifecycle Management: Partner directly with the team to shepherd projects from the initial concept through to contract administration and final close-out.

We are seeking a specialist who possesses a rare blend of technical mastery and design sensibility.

• Education: Degree/Diploma in a recognized Architectural Technologist program or a Degree in Architecture.
• Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of industry experience, specifically within the Custom Residential sector.
• Software Mastery: 5+ years of Advanced Revit experience. You should be capable of managing complex models and contributing to office-wide standards.
• Building Science: A deep, intuitive understanding of building systems, materials, construction methods, and high-end architectural detailing.
• Regulatory Expertise: Thorough familiarity with Building Codes and the nuances of municipal planning and permit processes.
• Communication: Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage projects and clients remotely across local, national, and international borders.
