Montana | Transitional

Andison Residential Designs partnered with Jouge Studio to develop a transitional style bungalow situated on the serene shores of Bitter Root Lake in Montana. The primary objective of this project was to create a residence that seamlessly integrated with its natural surroundings, prioritizing breathtaking views of the lake while offering ample indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces for the residents.

Emphasis was placed on creating seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces, with expansive decks and patio areas for entertaining and relaxation. The bungalow featured four bedrooms dedicated to guest accommodation, each designed for comfort and privacy. An additional bunk room in the loft area provided flexible sleeping arrangements for larger groups or families. A large games area was incorporated into the design, offering recreational activities and entertainment options for residents and guests. The inclusion of a gym catered to health and fitness enthusiasts, allows residents to maintain their exercise routines while enjoying their vacation.

By combining innovative design concepts with meticulous attention to detail, the team delivered a bungalow that exceeded the client’s vision and created an unforgettable retreat experience on the shores of Bitter Root Lake.
