The homeowners wanted to maintain the original architectural lines while introducing a clean, contemporary aesthetic—a vision brought to life by Andison Design.
The transformation incorporates luxury materials, strong symmetry, and a refined color palette. A brick base and chimney anchor the design, complementing the crisp white cladding and bold dark accents. The covered front entry creates a welcoming first impression, while the expansive covered rear deck offers the perfect setting for entertaining and embracing indoor-outdoor living.
A collaboration with Fox Point Developments, Elena Del Bucchia Design, and Michelle Johnson Photography, this project is a stunning example of how thoughtful design can breathe new life into a home.
Dave has been a pleasure to work with. He is a great listener and can read people well. He doesn’t push his design and allows clients to guide the process. As an interior designer, I found it very helpful to work alongside with Dave instead of just receiving a set of finished drawings. By working together, we were able to design a very custom home specific to the clients, their lifestyle, lot and location.
