Working alongside Rare Built Custom Homes, we transformed the dated layout into a bright, functional, and welcoming space.

The exterior was refreshed with stained wood accents, decorative gables, and a large covered porch, connected by a covered walkway with an exterior chandelier — a nod to traditional charm with contemporary appeal.

Inside, the home underwent a full transformation. A closed-off kitchen became an open-concept space with warm oak flooring, a statement island, and sleek built-ins around the fireplace. The bathrooms were also reconfigured, featuring a freestanding tub, glass shower, and clean-lined vanities with updated lighting.
