Developed in collaboration with Andison Residential Design, Birchstone Homes, and Stephanie Martin Interior Design, the home blends nostalgic architectural principles with high-end functionality.

Rather than simply mimicking the past, the project focuses on a horizontal architectural language that fosters a seamless connection between the interior and the surrounding landscape. By utilizing a dramatic split roofline and expansive walls of glass, the home celebrates the bungalow form as a sanctuary of light and air. The design philosophy centers on creating a home that feels expansive yet intimate, providing a grounded sense of place that honors the natural beauty of its Lakeview surroundings.

The main floor is meticulously curated for effortless flow and daily ease, ensuring the heart of the home remains connected yet orderly. At one end, a deluxe primary retreat serves as a private sanctuary for restoration, complemented by two additional well-appointed bedrooms. Recognizing the shift toward flexible work-life balance, the floor plan also integrates a dedicated private home office, offering a quiet, professional environment tucked away from the main social areas.

The lower level expands the home’s footprint into a comprehensive hub for wellness and recreation. Designed to accommodate the diverse interests of a growing family, this space features a fully equipped gym and a professional-grade golf simulator for year-round activity.
